Screens throughout the app are cleaner and more consistent, with better spacing, aligned icons, and improved accessibility. This release also fixes several crashes and performance issues that could cause the app to freeze or close unexpectedly.
Improved
- Maps now use the latest Mapbox features for smoother, more reliable performance.
- Buttons, links, and images are now easier to use with VoiceOver and other assistive technologies.
Fixed
- Text on Explore list cards is now properly centered instead of floating near the top.
- The "Bulletin Board" heading on the Home screen now has correct spacing to match other sections.
- Icons on feature and region cards are now the same width, so text lines up neatly across all cards.
- Removed the gap between the scrollbar and the top of the screen on about 20 scrollable views.
- Joining a challenge no longer sometimes leads to a blank screen — the detail view now defaults to the Tasks tab when needed.
- Fixed an issue where joining a challenge could fail silently without showing an error.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when filtering challenge tasks.
- Fixed a recurring crash related to text rendering.
- The Home screen now loads faster by moving image loading off the main thread.
- Fixed an occasional freeze caused by date sorting on screens with lots of content.
- The search field on the Communities screen is no longer hidden behind the title bar.
- Fixed the onboarding screen layout so the navigation bar and bottom of the screen display correctly.
