Manager 2025.2

This release brings powerful new features for outdoor recreation management, including trail and road snapping for more accurate outing mapping, GPX import capabilities for points of interest and outings, and the ability to create and manage point of interest geometries. Updates to the Manager interface include improved navigation, reorganized organization settings, and numerous fixes that enhance stability and performance.

Support snapping an outing route to underlying trails and roads for more accurate mapping (#779, #792, #784)
